Customer requirements

The occasion of the event is the merger of two banking institutions to create a feeling of "we" and to act as one bank. Employees' expectations of the event are high, as it is also the first event after the pandemic. The motto of the event "Welcome Home" is to be implemented in style.

Our oncept (implementation)

The implementation: "We come home, we feel comfortable".

It has created areas reminiscent of a home: Welcome Home (Entrance), Bel Etage (Living Room), Dining Room (Dining Room), Kitchen (Gute Stube), Party Room (Party Cellar), a Relax Zone and an Outdoor Lounge on the huge zoo terrace.

Our concept (implementation)

Unique sustainable event in a listed location in Potsdam (without infrastructure, with high requirements) with a covered pond to give the location an exclusive setting. 2-star menu with exceptional, special wines and top gourmet service. Plus hand-sewn table linen from London and hand-sewn damask napkins from Austria.

Project management (DMC), lighting, sound, guidance, catering incl. set-up and logistics as well as room and theme decoration, hostess service, participant management, entertainment, shuttle transfer and management for the complete location, projection technology, hotel booking (own portal for registrations, changes, cancellations, group bookings).

Exceptional Berlin evening at top level in an exclusive circle in a typical Berlin location with history.

Our concept (Implementation)

Extraordinary premium dinner in the historic Meistersaal in Berlin Mitte, which was used in the 1920s for lectures (Kurt Tucholsky) and later as a recording studio (David Bowie "Heroe"). For the menu we were inspired by an Adlon cookbook from the 1920s. In detail, the cuisine sets historical Berlin accents with Pommes Dauphine, Pommes Macaire and Peach Melba. Special wines, top service and exceptional and hand-sewn table linen from a traditional manufactory framed this exclusive evening.

Customer requirements

Conference with speeches and video projection, followed by a gala dinner with a set table order, international food concept with religious requirements such as kosher, halal and other diets such as vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, allergen-free.

Our concept for implementation

Organisation of the conference and the gala dinner in one place (Zoo Gesellschaftshaus): Conference in row seating with video projection. After the speech, the conference will be converted into a gala dinner (covered and equipped with appetizers) within an hour during the second reception on the outdoor terrace. The set-up for the Gala Dinner consists of different table and table sizes, based on the seating arrangement set by the customer. The meals were ordered and served per table and per guest.
