Our concept (Implementation)
The implementation: "We come home, we feel comfortable".
It has created areas reminiscent of a home: Welcome Home (Entrance), Bel Etage (Living Room), Dining Room (Dining Room), Kitchen (Gute Stube), Party Room (Party Cellar), a Relax Zone and an Outdoor Lounge on the huge zoo terrace.
Individual concept: coordinated gastronomy concept, authentically sustainable, innovative, with products from direct producers

For the menu we were inspired by an Adlon cookbook from the 1920s. In detail, the cuisine sets historical Berlin accents with Pommes Dauphine, Pommes Macaire and Peach Melba. Special wines, top service and exceptional and hand-sewn table linen from a traditional manufactory framed this exclusive evening.

After the speech, the conference will be converted into a gala dinner (covered and equipped with appetizers) within an hour during the second reception on the outdoor terrace. The set-up for the Gala Dinner consists of different table and table sizes, based on the seating arrangement set by the customer. The meals were ordered and served per table and per guest.
