At the beginning there is the event location, only then can the planning and organisation of the event begin. We are specialists for locations and solutions to realise room utilisation, routing or special requests.
We undertake location research and site inspections nationwide and organise visits with the client. In the second step, we can rent the location as a contractual partner. For the event planning, room concepts and room plans follow, which we discuss in advance directly with the location for feasibility and coordinate with the client.

Sightseeing
We are constantly on the lookout for new locations throughout Germany, so that we can offer a broad portfolio of locations nationwide. We support our customers by organising joint visits to locations that are relevant for the upcoming event.
Liability
As a contractual partner of the locations, we assume responsibility for the location. This means that we are responsible for the "how" of the guest management as well as for deliveries, set-up and dismantling, acceptance of the location, deposits, handover of the location and final payment.
Spatial concepts
In addition to the areas for catering, logistics, technology and stage, our space concepts include in particular the furnishing of the guest areas (set-up) as well as the routing for guests and staff analogous to the programme points (guest registration, reception, seating, bar, dance floors, outdoor areas).
Room plans
With our true-to-scale room plans, we take responsibility for a smooth process. The room plans form the basis for our calculations. In addition, the kitchen, service, logistics and hostess teams work with this plan during operational implementation.
