The first step is to select the venue; only then can we begin to plan and organise the event. We are specialists in finding venues and solutions to realise space utilisation or routing requirements or special requests.

Responsibility
As the venues’ contractual partner, we assume responsibility for the venue. This means that we are responsible for the ‘how’ of guest management as well as for deliveries, the set-up and dismantling, the final inspection and approval of the venue, down payments, the handover of the venue and the final payment.
Room plans
With our true-to-scale room plans, we take responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The room plans form the basis for our costing. In addition, the kitchen, service, logistics and hostess teams work with this plan in their operational activities.
Room concepts
Alongside areas for catering, logistics, technology and the stage, our room concepts include, in particular, the furnishing of guest areas (set-up) and the routing of guests and staff according to the items on the programme (guest registration, reception, seating, bar, dance floors, outdoor areas).
